Go to the DSC test page at http://www.dsc.com/iptesting/ and setup your T-Link with an IP address of 209.82.42.121 and port number 3061. Enter any 4 digit account code into your T-Link and DSC panel. Prefix the account code with zeros in your panel programming. Carry out some tests and if possible, test every device on your system to make sure they all communicate correctly with the server.

That's all there is to it. There is no panel programming required other than the account code.

IMPORTANT: Please note that there is a known issue with DSC IP communicators whereby they stop working correctly if the network router changes IP address or reboots for any reason. The built in web server is also very inconsistent. For these reasons, it is essential that you have your system communicate daily test signals to the monitoring center so that any problems can be picked up quickly.
