Our Linksys Alarm Monitoring Solution does not use your VoIP network, nor does it need a VoIP service to function. It uses a "raw" IP connection directly between your alarm panel and the Monitoring Center, making it true "end to end" solution. It is IP Monitoring as opposed to VoIP Monitoring.

To download our custom settings into your unlocked Linksys device, we provide you with a very simple provisioning web site. Once provisioned, All you need to do is unplug the phone cable from the phone jack and connect it to the Linksys device instead.Connect the Linksys to your home network equipment either wirelessly or with a LAN cable and your upgrade is complete.

The Virtual Monitoring Platform

All alarms signals are sent to our virtual alarm receivers running on the Virtual Monitoring Platform servers. Full dispatch monitoring accounts have signals forwarded to the Central Station of their choice. Non dispatch monitoring accounts have signals processed directly within the platform.

Virtual Monitoring is a fully automated, web based, DIY, Burglar Alarm and IP Camera monitoring platform. You are provided with twenty four hour access to your account and you have full control over which of your contacts receive email or SMS alerts.

Video Verification included as Standard

Not only is the Linksys IP Alarm Monitotoring Solution the most cost effective and flexible system on the market, it has video verification features built-in. You can add IP Cameras or video servers to your security system and they can be linked to zones on your monitoring account without any requirement for a physical connection to the alarm system.

Once surveillance cameras are connected to your network equipment, either wired or wirelessly, they can easily be recorded remotely on the Virtual Monitoring server and used for alarm verification purposes.
